At Mequon Chiropractic we strive to keep our services within the financial reach of all patients.  It is for this reason that we consolidated our "time of service" cash rates, making it easier to receive the care you need without the guesswork of what your bill might look like.


Our CASH rates are very simple:

$95 to establish yourself as a NEW PATIENT (incl. history, exam & all therapy on the 1st visit.)

$45 for any OFFICE VISIT after you become a patient regardless of treatment received.  For example, even if you receive ultrasound, an adjustment and exercises you still pay just $45.


Please note: CASH rates must be paid on the day you are seen and are completely separate from our insurance rates and policies.  X-rays, if necessary, are excluded from the above rates.


For our INSURANCE PATIENTS:

Most of our patients are still insurance based.  We accept all insurances and Medicare and are primary providers for most insurances.  Please call your insurance company to pre-approve your insurance.  In addition, we can bill your auto or work comp carrier for Motor Vehicle Accidents and Workman's Compensation cases.  


Consultations are always free but may need to be set up in advance so please call early in the week.


Lastly, if you have any questions or concerns regarding fees or anything else, please feel free to call and talk with our Office Manager Debra Benning.  She is easy to talk to and can answer most of your questions over the phone.  We make it our business to make sure that all patients are informed of their treatment options, what it is that we do and the cost of care.
